WHO ARE WE:

We are Saly & Ulrich Wolfger better known as BLVB.

Two experimental cooks; fermenting, preserving and conserving anything we can get our hands on.

We met in Toronto, Canada in 2010, fell in love and shortly thereafter moved to Austria.

Together for over 15 years, food and cooking has always been an integral part of our lives, apart and even more so together.

We introduced BLVB to Vienna's Brunnenmarkt/Yppenmarkt, our local Saturday farmers' market, in 2014 as a way to share our creative food ideas. In 2019 we officially opened our shop and have never looked back.

PHILOSOPHY:

A majority of the produce we use are grown locally or wild collected right here in Austria. Through the years, we have cultivated a wonderful, trusting relationship with the farmers that we source from, ensuring that we are only working with the best quality.

Imported produce is always obtained from the best possible origins, with a focus on quality and sustainability.

Although we are micro-batch producers, we boast a wide assortment of products. At peak season we can carry up to and over 150 different products. Something for everyone and every taste.
